1. Sleep 7-9 hours per night especially during the winter months. Getting to bed at a regular time, preferably before 11 p.m. helps build melatonin reserves and keeps the body rested. Melatonin aids sleep and is an antioxidant. If you have problems sleeping, take a melatonin supplement one hour before going to bed.
